Creative Financial Staffing is the only temporary staffing and permanent search company owned and managed by CPA firms.  We currently have a network of over 46 offices nationally and we continue to grow in each market we represent.  CFS specializes in the placement of accounting and finance professionals on a temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent basis.

We are looking to hire Staffing Managers in our offices nationwide.  A role as a Staffing Consultant focuses on the placement of accounting and finance professionals, at all levels, on a temporary and temp-to-hire basis.  In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and screening accounting talent available on a temporary basis.  You will also handle client service work - through phone and face-to-face meeting contact.  Part of this role involves business development efforts through servicing existing clients and helping to develop new client relationships.
