Dan Casey

Dan founded CFS in 1994 and has brought the organization to over 40 offices throughout North America and the Caribbean. Prior to founding CFS, Dan was the National Director of Temporary Staffing Services for Romac & Associates, now Kforce, from 1989-1994 and was responsible for building Romac’s temporary staffing division nationally. Prior to Romac, Dan was an Assignment Manager for the Boston office of the World’s largest financial staffing company from 1986-1989.

Dan started his career on the audit staff of Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and not-for-profit sectors. Dan graduated from Villanova University in 1983 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Art McCarthy

Vice President of Executive Search

Art began his career with CFS in 2001 as the National Director of Executive Search and was promoted to Vice-President in 2006. In his current role, Art has responsibility for leading the continued growth of the CFS Executive Search group on a company wide basis. Prior to CFS, Art co-founded BFS Associates, a successful regional search and staffing firm from 1995 to 2001. From 1994 to 1995 Art was the National Director of Search for Romac & Associates, now Kforce. Art was with RHI from 1983 to 1994, beginning his search career as an Executive Recruiter and then managing the Executive Search team in Boston. Art began his career with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, is a 1980 graduate of Salem State University, a CPA and a member of the AmericanInstitute of Certified Public Accountants.

Gary Irwin

Vice President of Office Development

Gary started his career at CFS when he opened the Columbus, Ohio office in 1995. He grew the Columbus office to be one of the top offices in the CFS system. Gary was promoted to Regional Director in 2003 with responsibilities of up to 15 locations. In 2006, Gary was promoted to Vice President of Office Development with responsibilities of CFS’ Regional Directors and over 40 offices. He started his career in the operations area of a large hospitality company. Gary graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1985 and played baseball at The Ohio State University.

Mandy Yu

Director of Finance and Administration

Mandy began her career at CFS in 2005 as the Director of Finance and Administration. Included in Mandy’s responsibilities are managing a staff of 10 accounting and administrative personnel, overseeing the payroll and billing function of all CFS locations, cash management, preparing financial statements for 20+ CFS locations, customer service and network and systems administration. From a payroll and billing perspective, transactions are 99+% error free, financial statements are completed within 5 business days, cash is applied daily and systems are always up and running. Prior to CFS, Mandy worked for State Street Research and Management from 1993 to 2005 where she held the positions of Finance Director, Vice President of Finance & Assistant Controller, Assistant Vice President of Finance and Accounting Manager at various times. Earlier in Mandy’s career, she was the Manager of Finance and Administration for Holometrix, the Chief Accountant for Hong Kong Toy Centre Ltd., and an Accountant for The Hong Kong Japanese Club. Mandy holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Diploma in Accounting from Hong Kong Shue Yan College.

Tarah Frawley

Regional Director

Tarah started her career at CFS in the Corporate office (Boston, MA) in 1998 as a Recruiter and Business Development Manager. She progressed into a leadership role opening and managing new locations for CFS in Connecticut, Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania. Tarah moved to South Florida in 2006 and was promoted to a newly created role of Chief Talent Officer. As a Regional Director currently, Tarah directly oversees the growth and development of offices in 6 states. In conjunction with the Senior Management team, Tarah developed and manages the national training program for the Temporary Staffing Division.
Tarah graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College in 1994 and played on the championship women’s tennis team.
