Accounting Manager
Salary: $80,000–$100,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Manage construction project accounting, job costing, WIP, and cost-to-complete
• Partner with project managers on financial performance and forecasts
• Maintain inventory controls, fixed assets, and lease accounting
• Support audits, tax compliance, and annual budgeting processes

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience; construction accounting strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of job costing, WIP, and project-based accounting
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting ERP systems
