Property Accountant Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting functions for multiple property portfolios
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
• Support tenant billing processes, lease abstraction setup, and day-to-day property accounting needs
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow efficiencies

Property Accountant Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline required
• Solid knowledge of month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
