Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time
• Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper classification of transactions
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Help prepare internal financial reports and assist with variance analysis
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
