A well-established service company in Bakersfield is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their office. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and management
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Order office supplies and assist with office operations
- Assist with data entry of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile receipts and credit card statements
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, including basic accounting tasks
