Client Support Specialist

Our client is looking for a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join their dynamic and growing team. Overview of the Client Support Specialist role:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, IT, Operations) to resolve complex issues
• Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to customer service initiatives
• Stay up to date with company products, policies, and procedures

Preferred qualifications for the Client Support Specialist:

• 1+ years of experience in client support or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
