Overview of IT Support Specialist position:

• Assist the company in the development and maintenance of data center, network, branch offices, retail sites and next-generation systems and platform
• Engage in the entire lifecycle of services from inception, design, planning, deployment, operation and refinement
• Provide engineer-level support for network, telecommunication, system, development and applications
• Maintain services and ensure availability, reliability, security, latency and overall health of company systems

Qualifications of IT Support Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Windows preferred
• Microsoft preferred
