Job Description:
Maintenance Supervisor
SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Facility Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading the warehouse team, creating standards and metrics, and improving the overall quality of support and network.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervisor a team of 15-20 warehouse/maintenance employees
- Delegate assignments and ensures progress and completion of maintenance work orders
- Maintains related records and ensures compliance with all required regulations
- Maintain status, generate, close, and input material cost and labor hours
- Organize and maintain appropriate documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- Supervisory experience
- Construction/maintenance background preferred
- Strong communication
