What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting both customers and the sales team. Your mission: to deliver exceptional service, streamline the sales process, and build lasting relationships.

• Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service: Engage with clients and prospects, answer questions, and provide product information that leads to successful sales outcomes

• Sales Process Coordination: Work alongside the sales team to create and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment

• Become a Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of products and services to confidently guide customers to the best solutions

• Support Sales Operations: Help maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to keep things running smoothly

• Build Client Relationships: Understand customer needs, follow up consistently, and strengthen client loyalty

• Collaborate as a Team: Partner with other Sales Assistants and team members to drive shared success and celebrate wins together

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales support or customer service is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
