Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Prepare monthly financial statements and manage month-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts in coordination with executive leadership
• Collaborate with project managers to provide accurate job costing and financial insights
• Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
