Overview of the Human Resources Generalist role:

• Manage compensation, benefits, and insurance programs
• Handle workers' compensation cases
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new hires
• Schedule and support performance reviews
• Communicate new benefit offerings to employees
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and salary data
• Support employee relations and payroll processing

Requirements for the Human Resources Generalist:

• 3+ years of human resources experience
• 1+ payroll experience
• Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
