What You’ll Do:

• Lead all daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close

• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, supporting career development

• Prepare, review, and analyze accurate financial statements and reports

• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

• Coordinate internal and external audits

• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role

• Strong leadership, organization, and prioritization skills
