Controller responsibilities:
- Oversee cash flow planning and reporting for current region
- Manage financial reporting for both internal and external audit requirements
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions and lead the close process
- Oversight of the risk management functions
- Manage growing team of accounting and finance professionals
- Create and implement new procedures that align with company visions
Controller requirements:
- CPA highly desired
- Prior construction and land development industry knowledge
- 5-7 years in leadership role
- Prior public accounting experience
