💼 Core Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including data entry and reconciliation

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements

• Handle customer invoicing and collections

• Process vendor bills and prepare payments

• Prepare and submit sales tax filings and payments

• Provide payroll support in coordination with ADP

• Maintain QuickBooks Online (transitioning from Sage 50)

• Run basic financial reports and ensure clean books

• Support with light admin tasks like data entry, ordering supplies, filing, and scheduling

🧰 Tools & Tech

• QuickBooks Online Advanced (Sage 50 in transition)

• Microsoft Excel – strong skills required

• HubSpot (light use)

• (Bonus) Experience with Fishbowl or other inventory software

⏳ Time Commitment

• 15–25 hours/week depending on seasonality and workload

• Ability to ramp up during:

  • Month-end close

  • Tax season

  • Inventory audits or vendor reconciliations
