What You’ll Tackle as a Payroll Specialist:

• Accurately process semi-monthly payroll for a diverse employee base

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational payroll policies

• Manage and maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation

• Serve as the first point of contact for all payroll-related questions

• Partner with HR and Finance teams to support audits, reports, and system improvements

• Assist in benefits administration and related HR/payroll functions

What Makes You a Great Payroll Specialist:

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience

• Working knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficiency with payroll systems like ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms

• Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills

Compensation:

$62,000 – $72,000, depending on experience
