Key Responsibilities of the Senior Billing Specialist:

• Reconciliations & Journal Entries: Perform detailed reconciliations and book accurate journal entries to maintain financial integrity.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: Manage AR and collections via email, leveraging a new system to ensure timely payments.
• Customer Service: Handle customer interactions, including communication with state boards, all managed via email.
• Billing: Maintain ownership of billing accounts with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
• Weekly Remittances: Ensure prompt and precise weekly remittances to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Audit Support: Prepare documentation for audits, ensuring compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the generation of monthly reports.

What We're Looking For in Senior Billing Specialist Applicants:

• A degree in accounting is required.
• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of accounting software.
• Knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes with a willingness to contribute to AP/AR functions.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.

Senior Billing Specialist Job Details:

• Location: Littleton, CO (onsite)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Eligibility: applicants must pass a criminal background check.
