Staff Accountant
Location: East of Boulder, CO (Onsite)

What You’ll Do in the Staff Accountant Role

General Ledger & Month-End Close (65%)

• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

• Review financial statements and process reclassifications.

• Oversee prepaids, accruals, and deferred expenses.

• Work with multiple entities, including foreign currency accounting.

Inventory & Fixed Assets (30%)

• Reconcile and manage inventory accounts for accuracy.

• Oversee fixed asset tracking, including Construction in Progress (CIP).

• Collaborate with operations to verify sales orders and resolve discrepancies.

Reporting & Analysis (5%)

• Prepare KPI reports and provide financial insights.

• Support ad hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to this Staff Accountant role

• Required: Larger ERP Experience

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, prepaids, accruals, and journal entries.

• Experience in multi-entity accounting with foreign currency transactions.

• Skilled in reconciling complex accounts, including inventory and fixed assets.

• Advanced Excel skills (SUM/IF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
