Job Title: Office Operations & Accounting Coordinator
Location: Winter Park, Colorado (100% Onsite)

About the Company:
Join a growing, locally-owned real estate company located in the heart of beautiful Winter Park, Colorado. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalized real estate services. As we expand, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Operations & Accounting Coordinator to support our daily business operations and financial processes.


Position Overview:

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role ideal for someone who enjoys managing both administrative operations and accounting functions. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, maintaining accurate financial records, and overseeing contract documentation. This position requires someone who is proactive, well-organized, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Oversee daily office logistics to maintain an organized, professional work environment

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility companies

  • Organize team calendars, schedule internal meetings, and support company event planning

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice tracking, and expense entry

  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and generation of financial reports

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation

Contract & Document Management

  • Review and track real estate contracts, lease agreements, and vendor contracts

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all contracts and transaction records

  • Manage signature collection and ensure all required documents are complete and compliant


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office administration, accounting, or bookkeeping roles

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and tools like QuickBooks (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with real estate operations or property management is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information discreetly

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Winter Park, CO
