Location: Hartford, Connecticut (Onsite)
Salary: $65,000-$80,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and cash management. This high-visibility role works directly with the CFO and executive leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.

What You’ll Do: Controller
- Lead accounting, reporting, audit, tax, and treasury functions
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning
- Oversee cash flow, investments, and banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations
- Prepare monthly/annual financial reports and committee presentations
- Mentor and develop the finance team
What We’re Looking For: Controller
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance;
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge; nonprofit/grant experience a plus
