Salary: $90,000–$120,000

Senior Financial Analyst’s Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Perform variance analysis, identify key financial drivers, and present trends to senior leadership
- Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling, data-driven recommendations, and risk assessments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Accounting, Operations, and Revenue Cycle
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Monitor budget-to-actual performance and recommend cost controls and operational improvements
- Assess organizational financial health and benchmark against industry standards
- Stay current on economic, industry, and regulatory trends that impact financial performance
Senior Financial Analyst’s Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), with strong financial modeling capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with BI tools and data visualization preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare or multi-site healthcare environments required
