Position Title: Bookkeeper
Location: On-site – Doral, FL (5 days/week)
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually

Key Responsibilities of Bookkeeper:

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis
• Track and manage inventory-related transactions
• Support communication with the parent company’s accounting team in China
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
• Prepare documentation for audits and tax filings

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required – must be able to hit the ground running
• Strong understanding of profit & loss statements and general accounting principles
• Inventory accounting experience is highly preferred
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a major plus
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
