Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL. (On Site)
Salary: $55,000-75,000
About the Construction Accounting Specialist:

Responsibilities of the Construction Accounting Specialist:
- Process high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor pay applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform job cost coding to allocate expenses to the correct project, phase, and cost code.
- Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and receipts.
- Manage vendor accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Assist with lien waivers, compliance documentation, and subcontractor payment processes.
Qualifications of the Construction Accounting Specialist:
- 1-5+ years of construction experience.
- 3+ years of AP or accounting experience.
- Experience with Vista Viewpoint or Procore highly desired.
- Strong communication and follow up skills.
