Overview of the Property Accountant Role:
The Property Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and play a key role in the company's financial operations. In this position, the Property Accountant will be responsible for:
- Full-cycle general accounting for multiple entities.
- Bank reconciliations and month-end close processes.
- Financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Utilizing Excel and accounting software to manage financial data.
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Property Accountant:
- 3+ years of experience in property accounting.
- Commercial property accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
