What You'll Do as an Accountant:

As an Accountant, you’ll be mentored directly by a Partner and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services to clients. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in financial audits and the preparation of tax returns

• Collaborating with clients to provide financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations

• Preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts

• Performing general accounting tasks using strong Excel skills

• Participating in client engagements and projects across the country

• Supporting the Partner and team with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant Role:

The ideal Accountant candidate will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1+ years of accounting/finance experience (internships count — fresh graduates welcome!)

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs)

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
