What the Accounting Assistant will do:

• Enter invoices from the accounts payable inbox and physical mail

• Review and count cash; prepare and run weekly deposits

• Review and reconcile vendor statements

• Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks and general support as an Accounting Assistant

What the company is looking for in an Accounting Assistant:

• 1+ year of accounting experience or a degree in Accounting or related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with formulas and pivot tables is a plus
