Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily invoice processing and queue assignments
-
Track and manage invoice status to ensure timely resolution
-
Monitor incoming PO and non-PO invoices
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies and AP best practices
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve payment issues
What You Bring:

2–5 years of AP supervisory experience (Healthcare required)

High-volume invoicing expertise in a deadline-driven setting
-
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Clear communicator and effective problem-solver
