Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

• Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
• Overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
• The Finance Manager will lead a small team and support over 50 company leaders.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining robust internal controls.
• Building strong relationships across the organization to support strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications of the Finance Manager:

• 5+ years of progressive experience with healthcare and leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., General Ledger, Budgeting, Cost Accounting) and US GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
