RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST:

• Conduct routine to complex financial analysis, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.
• Perform financial oversight for assigned areas, proactively identifying data discrepancies and coordinating with accounting teams for resolution.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to assess the impact of business initiatives, supporting brand strategy execution.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and year-end financial reports, including variance analyses, for management review.
• The Financial Analyst communicates emerging trends and their financial implications, prioritizing actionable insights for key business partners.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, highlighting successes and opportunities to drive performance.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL ANALYST:

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, with increasing responsibility in complex environments.
