- Administer and optimize Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online & Outlook, SharePoint Online & OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power BI & Power Automate)
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory and Azure AD configurations
- Design and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and configuration management
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and diagnostics
- Deploy and manage software using SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Provide Tier 2/3 support using remote tools and ticketing systems
- Monitor and maintain core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Collaborate with InfoSec and Audit teams to support GDPR, SOX, and IT Controls compliance
- Participate in IT audits and contribute to documentation and remediation effort
Preferred Experience of the IT Systems Administrator:
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise IT support
- Deep expertise in Windows OS and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, or Endpoint Manager
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bonus Experience of the IT Systems Administrator:
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Experience working with external audit firms like Deloitte, PwC, or EY
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, IT Audit)
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, or CompTIA Security+
