Project Accountant
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, general ledger coding, and payment preparation.

• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including client invoicing, recording cash receipts, and resolving discrepancies.

• Support billing processes by reviewing contracts, setting up project data, and preparing draft and final invoices.

• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

• Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to ensure accurate project financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.

• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
