Senior Accountant
Location: Orlando, FL | Hybrid after training
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support month-end close activities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including reclasses and variance research

• Upload and verify financial documentation and invoices

• Review expense trends and provide fluctuation analysis during close cycles

• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies

• Maintain compliance with internal controls and contribute to process improvements

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in large or complex environments

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas

• Experience with large-scale general ledger systems

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
