Senior Staff Accountant
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join a dynamic accounting team. This role will be responsible for fund-level accounting, investor reporting, and financial reconciliations. If you have a strong foundation in accounting, enjoy analytical work, and are proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fund-level accounting: taxes, insurance, and debt service

• Maintain and reconcile escrow accounts for insurance, taxes, and capital improvements

• Prepare monthly cash forecasts and investor capital balance reports

• Handle monthly sales and use tax filings

• Track term loans, cost of goods sold, and monthly inventory reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
