Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
Location: Orlando – Hybrid after training

They’re seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join their team and play a key role in financial operations, reporting, and month-end close. Overview of the Technical Accounting Manager role:
• Support month-end close processes, preparing journal entries and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze reports for leadership, including cost reports, KPIs, and trend analyses.
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and system data integrity.
• Support fundraising and planned giving activities, including trust compliance and donor reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and financial accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications for the Techncial Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• CPA Required
• Audit background required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, or reporting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and general ledger management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of industry cost reporting, reimbursement, or fundraising compliance is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
