Location: Pompano (100% Onsite)
Salary Range: $180 - 300k

Requirements of the Controller:
- Active CPA certification.
- Strong experience in the Financial Services industry with loan lending.

Main Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Manage, train, and mentor the accounting staff to foster growth and efficiency.
- Implement robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Take proactive measures to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and lead month-end close processes.
