Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL
Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually

With recent growth and expansion, they’re adding to their accounting team and looking for a dependable Accounts Payable Specialist who’s ready to hit the ground running. What You’ll Do as the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Handle full-cycle accounts payable, including weekly check runs
• Process, code, and enter approximately 100 invoices per week
• Perform 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Set up new vendor accounts, ensuring all COIs, W-9s, and documentation are properly collected and filed
• Work within Sage 300 to maintain accurate and organized records

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of AP experience in the construction or construction-adjacent industry
• Strong understanding of vendor management and invoice processing
• Experience with Sage 300 or similar construction accounting software is a plus
• A self-starter who can take direction and run with it — no micromanagement here
• Someone who thrives in a casual but fast-paced environment
