Overview of the role

As an Executive Recruiter, you will focus on placing top accounting and finance professionals in permanent roles across a variety of industries. Your role will center around candidate sourcing, relationship management, and full-cycle recruiting, working closely with hiring managers and internal sales teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent finance and accounting positions

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and networks

• Partner with Business Development Managers to understand client needs and role requirements

• Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the interview process

• Provide market intelligence and strategic guidance to clients and candidates alike

• Build and nurture a network of finance professionals to support ongoing search efforts

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet/exceed performance targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in accounting/finance or professional staffing

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for connecting people

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously

• Motivated by results and driven to achieve (and exceed) goals

• Bachelor's degree preferred
