Senior Financial Analyst - Remote to ORLANDO area ONLY
In-office to Orlando 3x/Month
$85,000 – $105,000 + Bonus

ABOUT THE COMPANY AND SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST OPPORTUNITY
Our client, a private equity-backed organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely with periodic travel to Orlando (approximately three times per month). You’ll have the opportunity to drive strategic insights, collaborate with senior leadership, and contribute to high-impact financial initiatives in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with company goals

• Analyze financial performance and variances to identify trends and recommend improvements

• Develop and maintain 3-statement financial models

• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable business insights

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

• Strong Excel skills; capable of building robust financial models

• Proficiency in Workday

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Background in testing and evaluating business initiatives

• Understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and statistical analysis
