What will you do as a Collections Specialist?

• Collaborate with accounts receivable, sales, and legal departments to negotiate debt recovery from clients, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
• To initiate collection efforts, contact clients via phone, email, or other communication channels, document all communications, and record payment plans, agreements, and payments.
• Release lines or lift holds on accounts once payments are received, ensuring accurate and timely updates to account statuses.
• Monitor and manage assigned accounts, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the collections process.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and on time.
