Vice President - Investment Banking & Restructuring
Join a premier financial advisory firm specializing in investment banking and restructuring as a Vice President to lead high-impact transactions and drive client success. Specializing in investment banking and restructuring, the Vice President will deliver innovative solutions to clients, foster a collaborative culture, and empower the team to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engagement work plans, timelines, and due diligence processes.
- Build and oversee financial models and analyses for investment banking and restructuring.
- Create client presentations, including assessment reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Support transaction marketing, pitchbook development, and industry research.
- Supervise Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Attend client meetings and begin developing industry or transaction expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Preferred: MBA, CPA, or CFA; Series 79/63, CIRA, or Distressed Business Valuation certification(s)
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven leadership, project management, and client relationship abilities
