This is not your typical number-crunching role—this Senior Accountant position is a cornerstone of our accounting department, offering a diverse range of responsibilities across accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, reporting, and more. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of financial processes while working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.

Core Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant
As a Senior Accountant, your daily impact will include:
Reconciling revenue and expense data across inventory subledgers and the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting
Supporting revenue recognition processes, including the processing and analysis of sales data and product exchanges
Managing and improving AR processes—posting payments, conducting credit analyses, reviewing overdue accounts, and leading collections efforts
Communicating credit policies clearly and effectively to customers, and maintaining productive vendor and customer relationships
Leading AR management meetings and providing executive summaries on collections and cash flow
Assisting in the preparation of monthly journal entries and participating in the monthly financial close process
Partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing, inventory control, and proper revenue recognition
Supporting internal and external audits, capital expenditure tracking, and asset reconciliations
Contributing to the development of budgets and forecasts through data modeling and variance analysis
Reviewing AP entries, ensuring proper GL coding, and guiding junior accounting team members
What We’re Looking for in a Senior Accountant
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in accounting or audit; public accounting background is a plus
Certifications: CPA or CMA preferred but not required
Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience with GP/MS Dynamics is a strong plus
Skillset: Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities
