Accounting Manager
Location: Berwyn, IL (On-site)
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + discretionary bonus

Our client, a long-standing manufacturing company in Berwyn is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its team. With over 70 years in the industry, this organization offers stability, a family-oriented culture, and the chance to work directly with senior leadership.

The ideal Accounting Manager will bring full-cycle accounting experience and a background in manufacturing or distribution. This is a hands-on role with flexibility and long-term growth potential.

What We're Looking For:

• 2 to 35 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is required

• Epicor ERP experience is a plus

• No degree required
  
  

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports to support business decisions

• Manage credit and collections processes to optimize cash flow and reduce risk

• Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting

• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team, fostering growth and efficiency

• Maintain thorough and compliant financial records to meet audit and regulatory requirements
