Are you an Accounts Receivable Specialist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely customer information and credit status through processing invoices and posting cash receipts. Enjoy a varied workday that includes phone coverage, general assistance to all departments, and financial tasks.
Further job responsibilities include:
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of cash receipts, credits, invoices, and debits.
• Creating and understanding spreadsheets.
• Performing basic math calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, and percent.
