Title: ERP Analyst - SAP FICO
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

Job Responsibilities
As an ERP Analyst you will play an integral part within our client’s Information Technology Department. This position will support a variety of projects and digital development by managing all phases of projects, including leading planning efforts, documenting outcomes and business requirements, and assembling project plans and timelines.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Managing small to medium change requests of FICO modules
- Participate and contribute to the development and improvement of the global SAP S4/HANA public and private cloud template
- Help shape business processes and organizational structure
- Working with implementation partners to configure S/4Hana modules globally
- Act as a Business Partner and work closely with business representatives and key users to analyze needs and propose solutions
- Analyze SAP release documentation and propose implementation of future functionality to the key user community and implement, test and train accordingly.

Qualifications
- Degreed in Information Technology or similar field
- 3+ years of experience working within SAP ERP
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4 Hana applications a must
- Demonstrated experience working in within the FICO module of SAP
- Knowledge in practical usage of project management methods
- Practical experience in Change Management
- Strong organization, documentation, and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel globally
