Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Manages all daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly A/P reporting and processes in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare ACH payments on a weekly basis
- Research and resolve billing issues
- Assist with year-end audit
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3+ years experience with 3-way match
- High volume invoicing experience
- Proficient with excel
