What You’ll Do:

Review and process invoices related to medical supplies, equipment, and services

Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts

Assist in maintaining accurate vendor records and resolving discrepancies
-
Communicate with hospital departments and suppliers to ensure timely payments
-
Support the finance team with reconciliation and reporting during month-end close

Learn medical billing codes, payment cycles, and the ins and outs of healthcare finance
What We’re Looking For:

Recent graduate with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus

Good communication skills and a team-player mindset

Interest in the healthcare industry and eagerness to learn
