The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for complying and maintaining accounts payable records by performing transactional duties.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for complying and maintaining accounts payable records by performing transactional duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Prepares accounts payable checks and coordinates processes
- 3-way match
- Bookkeeping skills
- Prints accounts payable reports and maintains accounts payable files
- Processes/prepares daily invoicing
- Processes pre-invoicing changes to Sales orders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required, Associate’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years accounting experience in a distribution / manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills – must be able to multi task
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail, self-motivated and a team player is essential
