  • Supervise a four-person finance and accounting team, promoting growth and collaboration

  • Serve as the financial lead during union integration and infrastructure updates

  • Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations and audit requirements

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in senior nonprofit financial leadership roles (CFO, VP of Finance, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred, MBA a plus

  • Deep understanding of nonprofit finance, grant management, and 501(c)(3) compliance

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving change

  • Effective communicator and collaborator with board-level experience

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Hybrid schedule – only 2 days per week in-office

  • Family-first culture with internal growth opportunities

  • Competitive compensation and robust benefits package:

    • 401(k) with company match

    • Employer-paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance

    • Generous paid time off: 3 weeks vacation, 2 weeks sick leave, 2 personal days, 2 floating holidays – plus standard holidays (29+ total days off)
