Salary: 110k-125k

Responsibilities: Finance Manager

• Serve as a key financial business partner to corporate and operations leadership.

• Analyze and communicate financial results, opportunities, and key action items.

• Run the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Prepare monthly reporting packages and performance reviews for leadership.

• Review financial and KPI results, highlight variances, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Provide input on new initiatives and assess their impact on performance.

• Create and deliver financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

• Maintain strong understanding of key metrics, drivers, and business impact.

• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support emerging business needs.

Qualifications: Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

• 3+ years of FP&A or corporate accounting experience required; multi-unit or retail industry experience a plus.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to partner with business leaders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
