Senior Accountant
Our client is a leading manufacturer organization looking for a senior accountant. Join a group of excellent people and FUN! They are focused on company and professional growth. (This role is actually open due to an internal promotion) Flexible work schedule - can work hybrid 3 days per week! Really great company culture we have placed quite a few people who absolutely love it.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
- Handle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare account reconciliations and assist with continuous improvement projects
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years General Accounting
- CPA Preferred
- Attention to detail
